By participating in this event and/or making a donation, you enable PROCURE to provide free information and support services to men affected by prostate cancer and their loved ones. You also contribute to funding innovative research projects, bringing hope to patients.

Under current tax regulations, your gift of securities is exempt from capital gains tax only when the securities are transferred in kind. An official tax receipt will be issued based on the date the securities donation form is signed, which will also be used to determine the value of the donation, calculated according to the closing price of the securities on that date. If the securities are denominated in a currency other than Canadian dollars, the exchange rate used will be the rate published by the Bank of Canada on that same date.
